Austin is a Lubbock, Texas native who's been part of the West Valley tennis scene for over 10 years. He played college tennis at Ottawa University in Surprise, Arizona, where he became the all-time leader in singles and doubles wins and earned national rankings from the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

As a coach, Austin has experience at both private and public facilities, working with players of all ages and levels, including stints at multiple high-level facilities like The Wigwam & The Village at Camelback. He currently serves as the Assistant Coach for Ottawa University's Men's and Women's tennis teams and holds certifications with both PTR, PPR, USA Pickleball, and the USTA.

In addition to coaching, Austin is an aspiring professional pickleball player and has worked with several top-level players. He brings energy, passion, and a focus on hard work and fun to everything he does.
